Their Perception Damon Braly founded Vivid Ideas in 1996 and has owned and operated the agency for the past 12 years. As a former magazine editor, Damon had the unique opportunity to witness – and often be the target of – big-budget PR and ad campaigns. His editorial tenure was an “in-the-trenches” course on what works and what doesn’t when it comes to business-to-business marketing. The lessons learned are the foundation of Vivid Ideas to this day. Prior to founding Vivid Ideas, Damon was the editor of several publications focused on healthcare and information technology, including Health Management Technology, Health Industry Today and Hospital Materials Management. His insights into the editorial process and the business of advertising have greatly assisted with raising the visibility of Vivid Ideas’ clients. Damon holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Pepperdine University.
